- Fallback LibXML to HTML::TreeBuilder when 1) it's not available or 2) barfs on broken HTML
- Automatically dispatch LibXML and H::TB looking at Contnet-Type and XML decl.
- Make tests pass
- Add an API adaptor between H::TB nodes and XML::LibXML::Element for callback functions
